Elisabeth's Style of Teaching:

Alignment based Vinyasa is Elisabeth's style of teaching. You will find yourself holding poses to enhance the deepening of your connection to: body, breath and foundation. Elisabeth's sequencing will allow your body to move gradually into poses while deepening your practice both physically and mentally.

Class Descriptions:

Guided Meditation:

Guided Meditation is a combination of: Pranayama (breath work), intention setting, Mudras and visualization. Each week we will invite a different way to perceive and experience meditation, so you may best learn what works for you. This includes guidance on finding your seat.

Power Hour:

A one-hour class that is a refreshing break from the day! This ETLyoga class flows you through a series of postures that are dynamic and fluid. Come ready to move and feel refreshed at the end of class...better than a cup of coffee!

Core Fusion:

Is a seventy five minute class of flow with a fusion of Core. This ETLyoga class integrates both fluid movement with breath while concentrating on Core strength.

Core Power Hour:

Core Power Hour gives you the opportunity to tap into a deep reservoir of inner strength that you may have not known was there before. This ETLyoga class focuses not only on core strength but our power with our truth, finding center and moving with and from that space...and that’s Core Power!

Yoga for Cyclists:

The perfect combination of postures to enhance the ability of a cyclist. This ETLyoga class not only strengthens you as a cyclist, it opens your hips and shoulders, strengthens your core, releases your hamstrings and tight neck, and in the mean time, you sweat. This is a great class for any athlete.

Yoga for Skiers:

The perfect class to enhance the ability of a skier! This ETLyoga class will not only strengthen you as a skier it will open and strengthen your, hips, core, mobilize and strengthen your spine, release your quads and hamstrings. This class is heated to help encourage the strengthening and lengthening of muscles! With postures held often for more than 5 breaths you will be challenged and will sweat, leaving detoxed and refreshed! This is a great class for any athlete.

Let Go-Let Flow:

A one-hour class that is a refreshing break from the day! This ETLyoga class aims to glide you through a series of postures that are dynamic and fluid. Come ready to move and feel refreshed at the end of class...better than a cup of coffee (well maybe) and a great start to the weekend!

Tragically Hip:

We all love hip openers, but they can be tragically painful! This ETLyoga is a class that flows you through postures that not only open your hips but leave you walking like a new person. Hip openers not only help with back pain, they leave your body feeling open and released.

Long Slow and Deep (LSD):

This ETLyoga class is a slower-moving power class, otherwise coined as Long Slow and Deep, LSD. LSD takes the time to move slowly through postures as well as gives you time to be in your postures. This is a great class if you are looking to strengthen and lengthen your muscles while finding a more meditative approach to your asana!

FOUND-ation:

FOUND-ation is a 70 minute class that will bring you right back to the foundation of your practice! This ETLyoga class is great if you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. FOUND-ation offers a more in depth look at postures; breaking down, explaining and over all getting to know familiar or unfamiliar postures. This class is similar to a workshop setting, where you can ask questions and at the same time expect to be both informed and challenged. And don't worry, you will still move, sweat and leave with a smile!

Hot Vinyasa:

Encouraging fluid movement with breath, Vinyasa means "to place".  This 90 minute, 90 degree ETLyoga class encourages the strengthening and lengthening of muscles. With postures held often for more than 5 breaths you will be challenged and will sweat, leaving detoxed and refreshed! Best advice after this class: Drink lots of water and eat lot's of chocolate!
